Teacher, Therapist, Speaker, Host
Supporting your mental health by empowering you to feel
more confident in your sexuality, your body and your relationships.
My Vision
Engaging in open, sex-positive discussions—both within and outside the therapy space—helps us cultivate
self-compassion, even when we’ve been shaped by rigid beliefs or the weight of stigma.
These conversations create opportunities to connect and feel more empowered in building the relationships we desire. In today’s technology-driven world, where sex is omnipresent but still shrouded in taboo, these moments of connection are more important than ever.
I come from an extremely conservative background in suburban USA, though I’ve made a home in Barcelona. When I left the suburbs to move to New York City at age 18, I quickly realized that sexuality is a pivotal part of mental
health - so why aren’t we talking about this more? My purpose is to encourage you to embrace your sexuality with the assurance that even if you didn't receive the best sex education in the past, it's never too late to rewrite the narrative. It’s a privilege to meet every one of you where you are - whether you’re recovering from purity culture, diving into BDSM, or opening your relationship.
What I Do
My days alternate between teaching in-person university classes and working one-on-one online in therapy. The classroom gives me the opportunity to teach the next generation true “life skills” like consent, porn literacy and assertive communication. While therapy allows me to go deeper with each person’s individual behavioral patterns and hindering beliefs.
Although my specialties lie in sexuality and relationships, I also teach the positive psychology class at IAU, focused on mindfulness for the modern adult life. While learning from renowned somatic psychotherapist Dr. Holly Richmond, I developed a deep devotion to understanding trauma’s impact on the body, so I chose to specialize in somatic sex therapy. Mind and body are one, and you’ll notice this in our work together as we build body awareness and self-compassion.
The Talk: A Group Discussion Series on Sexuality
Join me in Barcelona every month to discuss everything you never had the chance to learn while growing up in a world where sexual messages are everywhere yet sex is too taboo to talk about openly. This event is a safe space for single and partnered folks to share their thoughts, experiences, and questions in a supportive environment.
“This class has taught me more about myself and people in the LGBTQIA+ community than I have learned in the entirety of my career in the American education system.”
