You want a therapist who fits
your specific needs.

Are you . . .

  • feeling disconnected from your sexual self or just longing for better sex?

  • a queer identifying individual coming from a conservative background and seeking support in fully embracing your LGBTQIA+ identity?

  • a sex worker looking for non-judgmental and knowledgable support as you balance work in the sex industry with your everyday life and relationships?

  • a man who wants to have more confidence in the bedroom and better experiences on dating apps?

  • simply wanting to level up your sex life, partnered or solo?

  • realizing you had inadequate sex education and need a professional to fill in the blanks?

You’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and principles of somatic sex therapy. Because the union of mind and body is at the anchor of everything we do together, it’s common for us to build awareness of what you’re feeling somatically, rather than staying in the analytical and intellectual.

I’m proactive and goal oriented, given my purpose is to help you reach your objectives with efficiency and a sense of agency.

I’m not afraid to bring humor into the conversation when appropriate, I don’t stick to just “therapy speak,” and I value first and foremost the trust we build as therapist-client.

Listen, I don’t want to say “if I did it you can do it too,” but when I was growing up, there was no “talk.” Not surprising at an all-girls, Catholic school! I was terrified of tampons and not allowed to read the Twilight books because they were “highly inappropriate.”

Transformation is possible, and it doesn’t take years to start seeing progress!

"Willow helped me separate my ‘real’ thoughts from my depression and start learning to trust myself again. I will be forever grateful to her for her support, wisdom, and compassion that helped me make it through one of the hardest times in my life.”
