Your desires, bodies, and boundaries are not only “normal” but to be celebrated.
Transforming
sex education
for adults
For the last 3 years, I’ve been teaching undergraduate students in the psychology department of The Institute for American Universities (IAU) in Barcelona, Spain. My signature course, The Psychology of Human Sexuality, covers sex and relationship education beyond the basics - it spans from healthy dating dynamics, gender politics and how to deal with jealousy, to the orgasm gap, ethical porn and sex work.
Last semester, one of my students rushed to me to let me in on a secret before class - “Willow Willow! Guess what! I just have to tell you something before you start because I know you’ll be proud. I had my first orgasm last night!”
Closing the orgasm gap one class at a time.
My values
I provide affirming care for all individuals who identify with any of the following:
LGBTQIA+
Kink
Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM) or Polyamory
Sex Work
Transgender or Gender Non-Conforming
Body neutraliy, body autonomy, and Health At Every Size (HAES) all inform the way we incorporate the body in our work together.
Sex positivity is a pillar of my work, in and outside of the therapy room.
My credentials
I hold an undergraduate degree in psychology from New York University as well as two masters degrees: one in Sex & Couples Therapy from the University of Barcelona, and another in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Instituto Superior de Estudios Psicológicos (ISEP). I serve as a thesis advisor at ISEP Barcelona for masters students in psychology, and I am currently finishing another AASECT-accredited certification in Somatic Sex Therapy from Modern Sex Therapy Institutes (MSTI).
